Warehouse Team Member

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Team Member to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inventory, preparing orders, and supporting daily warehouse activities to ensure accurate and timely shipments.

This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and efficiency are key to success.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in designated areas
• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Basic communication and teamwork skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus (not required)
• Willingness to learn and take direction

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with RF scanners or warehouse systems
• Forklift certification (a plus, but not required)

Pay: $22.80 - $27.40 per hour
