How you'll make an impact
In this role, you’ll handle sensitive and complex claims, using your expertise to make sound decisions. You’ll mentor and guide other adjusters, helping them grow their skills and confidence. You’ll also play a key role in training new hires, sharing your knowledge to build a stronger team. Your work will directly contribute to protecting our clients and supporting their needs.
Here’s what you’ll do:
- Investigate and resolve complex claims with care and precision.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members.
- Lead portions of new hire training to set them up for success.
- Use your negotiation skills to achieve fair and effective settlements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best outcomes for our clients.
About You
You’re a skilled Senior Claims Adjuster with over 5 Years of experience and a deep understanding of the industry. You’re confident handling high-value claims and navigating complex situations. You’re also a natural leader who enjoys mentoring others and sharing your knowledge.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, including report writing and presentations.
- Leadership experience and a desire to help others grow.
- A proactive approach to learning and staying updated on industry trends.
- A commitment to ethical and fair decision-making.
- Extensive knowledge of and experience with specific subject matter; generally recognized status as “expert” in one or more areas, litigation, Full and Final settlements, Loss of Earning Capacity Awards, Excess reporting.
- Ability to handle claims above $100xK.
- Ability to work Hybrid out of Phoenix, AZ.
- Active Claims Adjuster License.
