Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

M-F 5:30p-10:30p

Responsibilities

Perform routine cleaning tasks in residential and commercial properties, ensuring all areas are clean and well-maintained.

Execute floor care duties, including sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming.

Conduct custodial tasks such as dusting surfaces, sanitizing restrooms, and emptying trash bins.

Assist with facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs to management.

Maintain equipment and cleaning supplies in good working condition.

Follow safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

Provide porter services as needed, including moving furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in residential painting, commercial cleaning, or industrial cleaning is preferred but not required.

Familiarity with custodial practices and floor care techniques is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames.

Must be physically capable of performing cleaning duties that may require lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds.
