Business Development Manager – Graphics & Exhibits Company: Exploring Graphics Location: Las Vegas, NV Department: Sales & Client Experience Reports To: VP of Sales FLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary Exploring Graphics is seeking a highly connected, results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our presence within the trade show, exhibit, experiential marketing, and large-format graphics industries in Las Vegas and surrounding markets. This role is designed for a proven sales professional with established industry relationships and an active book of business within the graphics, exhibits, conventions, events, hospitality, or experiential sectors. The ideal candidate understands the fast-paced demands of the Las Vegas convention and tradeshow market and has a demonstrated ability to secure and grow high-value client accounts. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and bringing new business to Exploring Graphics while positioning the company as a premier provider of custom graphics, branding solutions, and exhibit support services. What Success Looks Like <ul><li>Consistently generates new revenue and qualified opportunities</li><li>Brings established industry relationships and active business opportunities</li><li>Expands Exploring Graphics’ footprint within the Las Vegas market</li><li>Develops long-term partnerships with exhibit houses, agencies, brands, and event clients</li><li>Successfully collaborates with production and operations teams to deliver exceptional client experiences</li><li>Maintains strong sales pipeline activity and achieves revenue goals </li></ul>Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth <ul><li>Actively prospect, develop, and secure new business opportunities</li><li>Leverage existing relationships and industry contacts to drive immediate sales opportunities</li><li>Develop strategic partnerships within the trade show, convention, hospitality, and experiential industries</li><li>Generate revenue through outbound sales efforts, networking, referrals, and client development</li><li>Identify opportunities for large-format graphics, exhibit branding, event signage, and custom graphic solutions</li><li>Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of qualified prospects and active opportunities </li></ul>Client Relationship Management <ul><li>Serve as the primary relationship manager for assigned and acquired accounts</li><li>Build trust and maintain long-term client relationships</li><li>Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposal discussions</li><li>Ensure a high-touch, responsive, and professional client experience</li><li>Identify repeat business and upsell opportunities within existing accounts </li></ul>Industry & Market Presence <ul><li>Represent Exploring Graphics at industry events, networking functions, conventions, and trade shows</li><li>Maintain visibility within the Las Vegas convention and experiential market</li><li>Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments</li><li>Position Exploring Graphics as a premier graphics and branding partner </li></ul>Internal Collaboration <ul><li>Work closely with estimating, production, project management, and installation teams</li><li>Assist in aligning client expectations with production capabilities and timelines</li><li>Support smooth project handoffs from sales through execution</li><li>Advocate for client success while protecting operational efficiency and profitability </li></ul>Required Qualifications <ul><li>Minimum 5+ years of business development or sales experience within:</li><ul><li>Large-format graphics</li><li>Trade shows and exhibits</li><li>Experiential marketing</li><li>Convention services</li><li>Event production</li><li>Hospitality branding environments</li></ul><li>Established book of business and industry relationships within the Las Vegas market</li><li>Proven history of generating revenue and securing new accounts</li><li>Strong understanding of graphics production processes, materials, timelines, and client expectations</li><li>Experience working with exhibit houses, agencies, convention clients, or experiential brands</li><li>Ability to develop and close high-value opportunities</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications <ul><li>Existing relationships with convention centers, exhibit companies, event agencies, or hospitality groups</li><li>Experience working within a fast-paced production or graphics environment</li><li>Knowledge of large-format printing, event branding, signage, and installation processes</li><li>Familiarity with CES, SEMA, MAGIC, NAB, and other major Las Vegas trade shows </li></ul>Core Competencies <ul><li>Strong sales and negotiation skills</li><li>Relationship-driven professional with excellent networking abilities</li><li>Self-motivated and results-oriented</li><li>Strategic thinker with strong business acumen</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li><li>Highly organized and proactive</li><li>Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment </li></ul>Work Environment & Expectations <ul><li>Combination of office, production floor, client-site, and event environments</li><li>Frequent local client meetings and industry networking</li><li>Some travel may be required</li><li>Fast-paced, deadline-driven graphics and events environment</li><li>Flexibility to support client and show schedules as needed </li></ul>Why Join Exploring Graphics <ul><li>Join a growing and respected graphics and experiential production company</li><li>Work with major brands, exhibit houses, and event clients</li><li>Be part of high-profile Las Vegas conventions and events</li><li>Competitive compensation structure with growth opportunity</li><li>Collaborative and entrepreneurial work environment</li><li>Opportunity to make a direct impact on company growth and market expansion</li></ul>
