What you will be doing Your main job will be stepping in when customers need help with their orders and payments. You'll troubleshoot payment problems, look into account issues, and handle straightforward support tickets. Beyond that, you might answer general product questions, send customers helpful shopping links, or let them know about current promotions. Your goal is to make sure customers walk away with the answers they need and completed transactions. Rate: $35 per hour Requirements: You'll need a working laptop, phone, or tablet with solid internet access. Basic proficiency in written English is essential for this role. Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position with full onboarding included, so prior chat support experience isn't required. We'll train you on everything you need to know.
